Hello Anita. Drawportraits of ing can be difficult, especially if you're new to drawing. The portraits are difficult to draw because many different parties who have to come together to depict a visual resemblance. For example, eyes, ears, lips, face and nose must be proportional to the other for a picture to have a likeness of the subject.
More skillful portrait know how to capture the essence of the face. That means be able to capture the details that describe the character of the face. It is not as easy as drawingjust to ing certain fact "Hollywood" face to plastic aspect.
If you are just starting, I suggest doing some homework first. Start by isolating each feature and practice until you are satisfied before moving on. Draw faces that you already know. You will find familiar faces are easier to draw.

HI Naomi. The condition of your fingers, I recommend that you avoid long and tiring drawof ing sessions. You can choose something that is fast at the end, or you can schedule your sessions to drawing so that you can fill out a single drawing in several shorter sessions. Also, you can get someone to give you a massage of the hands before and after each session to drawing.
If you are just getting started, start with something that is less complex. Choose fantasy art that you really like ing attractand keep practising. You can choose a topic and try not to reference what you draw. This will improve your memory. If you forget the details, you can always come to your own, since it is fantastic.

HI Russell. It is a question often asked. If you are having a hard juggling your time, try to accomplish something small everything first. If you find always difficult to face, reduce your goals again and again, until you are comfortable. Regardless of how busy you are, you will always find some time to do some sketches or doodles. Art is a way of thinking. It is not how much time you spend. And you can always develop your capacity of thinking even with just a pencil and a piece of coarse paper.
